Email Module

    Applicable Permissions

     

    • AccountingAccess – Allows viewing of emails.
    • AccountingEdit – Allows sending emails.

     

    Description

    The email module allows confirmations, refund notifications and custom emails to be sent from the RES administrative interface.

    Email Module – Sending Emails

     

    1. Click the email icon to the right of the LedgerID in the accounting module.

    1. Click the add image.

    1. Select the template of the email: Registration Success, Registration Details, Refund Notification or a blank email. Enter the two address, from address, and subject. If the email template is blank you must enter a custom message. Click "Send Email."

    1. The email has been added to the email queue and should be sent within 5 minutes. A copy is automatically sent to the training provider. The end user and training provider copies vary slightly.
