- To add a credit you can either search for the ledger by entering in student criteria and performing a search or switch tabs to find a ledger by payer criteria. Enter in the preferred search criteria and Click the “Search” button. The search results will be shown on a grid below the search criteria. Click the magnifying glass icon to open the ledger item.
- To add a credit Click the “Add Credit” button.
- If you know the student id enter it in the StudentID textbox, enter the credit amount and skip to Step 5. If you don’t know the student’s id Click the Binocular image.
- The popup will contain students with any fees associated with in the ledger item. Click the “Copy” icon on the student fee you want to credit.
- Type in a note if desired and Click the “Save” button.
- A credit has been added to the ledger item. To add additional credits repeat steps 2-5.
