Course Fees

    Description

    The Course Fees page allows you to set preset fees for all new classes. Changing the course fees on this page will not change any existing classes settings but rather be used as defaults for new classes.

    1. To create default course fees Select a course type from the course type dropdown. Click the edit icon, enter a fee,  if applicable an out of state fee, and Click 'Save.' Repeat for all the age ranges. (Note: Typically a coordinator will define the age ranges that the course can be taught to and in some cases define a maximum fee that can be charged by a training provider.)

    Default Refund Fees

    1. To create default refund fees for new classes Select a course type from the course type dropdown. Click the Refund Fees 'Add' icon, enter a fee, an out of state fee if applicable, the number of days before the class start date the refund is available until and Click 'Save.' Repeat for all the age ranges. (Note: Refund Fees are only applicable if you collect payments thru RES using PayPal. You must also set the Allow Cancellations/Refunds flag in the class settings in order for refunds to be available.)

    1. The refund fee will be displayed in words for clarification.
